Our prices are listed on a per booking basis. We have put 12 PM but we will accommodate different delivery and pick-up schedules for your event. Our rentals are for a minimum of 6 hours. We can be flexible on the day of your event. It all depends on our route and pick-ups and drop-offs for other events.  

Minimum of 6 hours. Our prices are for a 6-hour booking.  Depending on our schedule for pick-ups and drop-offs, we can be larger. If nobody has rented the unit the next day, we may even leave it overnight. You can rent it for an additional day from us for 50% off the daily rate.  

Give us a call, and we'd be happy to answer your question. We typically can fit in a lot of spaces, but some of our larger rental units may need extra time or may not fit. Email us at info@cainescastles.com for information, but if you have a picture, it would help us understand what we are working with. Most important is access to your yard. How big is the gate is the number one question and are there stairs?

The rental bouncy castle must be used on your property or in your backyard. It cannot be used by anyone outside of your party. You are responsible for the unit and its usage. We ask that one adult be present at all times to supervise the castle and your party-goers. 

Yes, that is the only way we offer our services. Delivery outside a 10km radius of Islington and Bloor is extra and starts at $20. We deliver to your location and your private event on private property. The castle, once rented, is under your care and responsibility. 

As we have all learned recently, things happen! We offer a free-of-charge cancellation and will work with you to find suitable alternatives. We offer a 36-hour package during the week for the same price. Call us so we can discuss your party equipment rental needs.
